Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within Belgium.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7 –14 business days. Please note:

Customs clearance may cause delays
Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather conditions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

BOETIEK FABRIEK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors or building management
Contact the shipping carrier directly

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review and assist you with a replacement or refund, where applicable.
